Triskell Seafood Consulting is based in Collooney, located close to the sea on the wild North West coast of Ireland. Our premises are ideally located for access across the country, we are just off the main road on the junction of the Dublin – Sligo (N4) and Donegal – Galway (N17) routes.

About the place

It is an area with strong historical associations for a shellfish company – the name ‘Sligo’ is the anglicisation of the Irish name ‘Sligeach’ which means “shelly place” and refers to the abundance of shellfish found along the Sligo coastline dating back thousands of years, as proven by the extensive midden sites.
