Marie-Aude, originally from France, has over 15 years experience in the Aquaculture Industry. She has participated in all areas at a national level from individual suppliers to the development of standards through national state agency Bord Iascaigh Mhara (Irish Sea Fisheries Board).

About the name "Triskell"

Triskell is the name of the well known Celtic symbol with 3 spirals, one of the oldest symbols known to mankind. There are many interpretations of "Triskell", the most common version being the 3 dynamic elements "Water, Air and Fire" or also

"The waves of the Sea, the breath of the Wind, the Flames of the Fire.."

It symbolises constant creation and movement.
